Breathwork is a powerful practice designed to nurture your emotional and mental well-being. It helps you release stagnant emotions, overcome mental blockages, and dissolve limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. This particular Breathwork technique uses a dynamic three-part breathing pattern, with all inhales and exhales flowing through the mouth. Each class includes intention setting, 30 minutes of active breathing, and a deeply restorative Savasana to leave you feeling grounded and renewed.
