Tonight's class offers an opportunity to connect to a vibrational exchange through harmonics and overtones using a range of instruments, our own voices, attunement to our bodies, and the interplay between silence and sound within and without. This practice combines the slow, deep, transformative poses of Yin Yoga with the healing power of sound, ushering us into further resonance with what is pure at our core.
In this class, soft music, delicate chimes, and crystal singing bowls create a landscape of sound and vibration that supports opening, release, and lasting change. This symphony of sound directs our full awareness and moves our attention beyond thought and analysis, through the body, and toward presence of the inner nature of the heart and mind.
Sound meditations offer an opportunity to connect to a vibrational exchange with harmonics and overtones through a range of instruments, our own voices, and the interplay between silence and sound. Tapping into our true frequency through active listening, exploring a level of heightened sensitivity to deep, restorative sound, directing us toward healing from within.
