(Suggested props: 1 strap and 2 blocks)
Fire the glutes, wake up your hammies, stabilize your deep core and have a blast ;) You will add in some shoulders and work hip extension as you add in the strength to back chain of the leg. You will do some backbends but nothing too deep, and have a chance to do a full inversion practice on your own or an inversion prep practice (shown in screen shot) that includes shoulder flossing.
