If you know me just an eensy teensy bit - you have figured out that I looooove sidebody opening. Throw in a little sidebody (and core) strengthening and you have my favorite way to prepare for intelligent backbending. We close with a proper Savasana (yes I'm working on my time management skills). Please stay.
