Learn tools to develop a personal practice that builds both strength and resilience at once. 
By strengthening the body in broad ranges of motion, and not just passively stretching into those ranges, you gain a new sense of confidence in your bodies functionality and capacity to continue to retain abilities, and even improve and gain new abilities as you age. 

This class will cover a series of exercises that make use of the range of motion that you have and develop strength and resilience that functions beyond the format of traditional yoga.
