Sidebody opening and twists to wring out the excess capitalism from your tissues!  Simple asana wise. Slow (and perhaps stealthily challenging) breath wise. We slow the breath down to 5 breaths per minute to drop the nervous system into 'resonance', the most accessible way to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Enjoy.
