(Suggested props: if you have a strap and a bolster grab them. If you don't have a bolster don't worry. We use the strap for one pose at the beginning but that's it. Grab a set of blocks-but you can also do this class with no props if you don't have any!)
This class has no Sun As and not a lot of standing work (so it's relatively light on the wrists), but you will deeply work your hips and abdominals, have a chance to try an arm balance, and finish off with a long headstand.
