You can do this class with no props! Or grab a block if you want your backbend to be supported.
This class starts with plenty of seated work, crossed legs and navasana/ardha navasana to awaken your core. We follow with Sun As and a B variation, pause in toe lock and Parsva Padangustha before we visit Ardha Chan and a variation of Side Plank. We return to seated work for gomukha, take garudasana upside down, and finish with a backbend.
