With over 20 years of experience in the arts as a curator, writer, and editor, as well as a holistic health coach, Micaela has a rich background in wellness, nutrition and mental health. Her sessions offer an invigorating and grounding approach to balancing mind and body through Asana and Pranayama, perfect for anyone looking to explore themselves on and off the mat. Micaela holds a 200-hour teacher training certification from Kula Yoga.
