Yoga is the practice I come to for healing, a space for introspection. The combination of breath, movement, awareness, and connection to the phisycal body not only reveal what’s happening within - it supports its relief. 

My sequence is a combination of vinyasa, functional movement, breath work, and somatic meditation that will help you remove the phisycal, emotional and energetic layers weighing you down.

Paola Atlason is a Wholistic Nourishment and Movement Teacher, based in New York City.  She offers assessments, meal planning, dietary guidance, energy healing, somatic movement, and self-care protocols to help her clients live happier, healthier, and freer lives. Her students call her a “Nutritionist / Spiritual Teacher / Counselor” all in one.
