Yael Krichely

Yael Krichely is a NYC based E-RYT 500, Vinyasa and Pre-natal Yoga teacher, and an advanced Birthing From Within Childbirth Educator. She is also a Thai yoga body worker.

Yael started teaching yoga between the years of 2000-2004 then she became a mama and shifted her focus to her own yoga practice and her growing family. 

In 2014-2015, her youngest daughter 4 at the time, she took 3 more teacher trainings with multiple yoga schools: 
Greenhouse Holistic, Yoga Sukhavati and Integral Yoga Institute, including advanced yoga and prenatal.
She went back to teaching Vinyasa classes in studios across NYC.
When Covid hit she started teaching private clients and private groups. 

Her Thai yoga bodywork trainings in 2023 and 2024 have informed how she uses hands on adjustments in her yoga classes, and has allowed her to care for her students in a deeper way.

Her last training was in 2024 with Kula yoga advance training and it has impacted the way she teaches today.
