Open up your side body and defrost your shoulders. Use the wall for feedback to twist, side bend and reach. Flow and build heat as you transition from lunges to side planks to down dogs and back again. Explore triangle and revolved triangle. Options to invert or rest, to belly roll or backbend, and to stretch your hips or chill before you take savasana.
(Int/Adv) Kula Flow is vinyasa (or flow) style yoga with an emphasis on creativity and alignment. Classes are inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending, and inversions—guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind. Most teachers also use bandha work to open and strengthen the inner body.
