KULA FLOW FUNDAMENTALS: a 200 hour yoga teacher training program like no other.

Feb 11 – May 14 (Online & In-Person)
Includes month long Kulification Virtual Intensive, Feb 11 – March 15, plus 8 Weekends of in-person training, March 25 – May 14, 12-7:30pm EST at Kula In NYC

If you wish to step onto the path of becoming a teacher, virtual yoga won't get you there!  Nothing compares to clocking in person hours with your peers and teachers. After completing the 60 hour Kulafication Intensive, we go fully in person.

This 140 additional hours is structured for those who are interested in furthering their studies and cultivating a teaching practice. We dive deeper into the study of anatomy, philosophy, pranayama and asana – and add in an intro to Iyengar & Ashtanga yoga, mobility/stability, prenatal and pelvic floor studies, Ayurveda, SMR (myofascial release) techniques, sound study, chakras, vocal technique, teaching privately and the business of yoga. In addition, a significant amount of time will be spent on practicum: you will be on your feet teaching, receiving feedback from your teachers, learning how to put together an intelligent and creative sequence, getting comfortable with hands on adjustments and exploring what goes into running a classroom.

Once you have completed all requirements of the extended track of this training, you will qualify as a candidate for graduation with your 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification.
