Kula Flow: The Art Of Arm Balancing

This fiery, fun and high flying class will prep you for arm balances and transitions onto and off of your hands. You will visit hasta bandha, different versions of bakasana, alongside other hand and arm balances that will challenge but exhilarate you! You will finish class with some wrist reprieve, neck releases and supine chest opener and a reclining twist. If you are new to arm balance game or simply looking to up and polish your flying and floating game, this class is for you! Have fun!

(Int/Adv) Kula Flow is vinyasa (or flow) style yoga with an emphasis on creativity and alignment. Classes are inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending, and inversions—guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind. Most teachers also use bandha work to open and strengthen the inner body.
