The last class in the Chair Vibes Series.  This one is my jam.  Folds, side bending, hangs (that offer such therapeutic traction for the spine), and a really accessible shoulderstand.  Hope you dig it as much as I did!!!

Props Needed: 1 Chair, 1 Bolster, 2 Blocks, Wall

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
