The Enrichment Practice: Belonging to Yourself

-

at Kula Yoga Project (SoHo) (481 Broadway, 3rd floor
(Grand & Broome) Manhattan, NY 10013)

An exploration of body-centered practices to heal individually and collectively.

The Enrichment Practice is a continuing education course created by Nikki Costello since 2012. The content for each offering is responsive to the Yoga community’s immediate needs. Nikki receives questions and feedback from students, observes patterns and behaviors in practice and studies multidisciplinary approaches to educate the body and psyche. As we collectively navigate the contradictions of our modern world, we take support and cultivate tools to transform our personal and collective practice by accessing our deepest wisdom and capacity to heal.

This course will:
·      Engage your intention and desire to heal.
·      Provide supports and tools to connect to your own power to heal.
·      Ignite the body in postures to stimulate the flow of energy and restore and release physical, emotional and mental fatigue.
·      Vocalize through breath, sound, and spoken word.
·      Dialogue in community on the nature of “belonging.”
·      Create a path forward to continue your own practice and your contribution to your community.
