This class targets some of the oblique sling.  Lots of bad ass ab jams with a couple blocks, and then we isolate some of the same tissues in a vinyasa sequence. 

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
