(Suggested props:Grab a long strap if you have one, a short one if not. And 1-2 blocks if you have them handy. If you happen to have a bolster you might appreciate it but not necessary by any means). 

In this class you will explore how a container can do the opposite of contain and limit you, but create awareness, stability and expansion. Highlights are warrior 3, ardha chan, camel pose, half or full wheel, handstand, and a slow rocking boat that will awaken your core. There is a good amount of pranayama at the end-by request!
