This class is full of therapeutic, end range strength training techniques to improve the way your knees function.  Bunch of block exercises that target knee flexion and extension.   
   
(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
