Part Two: The Inner Thigh and The Lower Back

Required Props:
  • Two Blocks
  • Two or more Blankets or Pillows
  • A Bolster (or 2-3 additional blankets or bath towels)
  • A Chair (can also be a couch, coffee table, ottoman or bed)

Let's face it - those 30 minutes of Yin and Restorative postures at the end of a Honey Flow class are the best, but you know there are times you wish that Honey lasted longer (or that it was the only thing you were doing in class!)  This Five Part Kula Reset Series offers you over five hours of introspective practices for the days when you need to restore more than you need to move. Every class has a unique focus and you can take them in any order that you wish. Those working with limitations and injuries will find modifications included for most poses. As a bonus treat, some of Kula's favorite musicians are featured in each class to help you tap into the meditative groove.
