In this class we’ll aim to penetrate the areas of the body that we can’t see with our eyes in certain postures.  We’ll address the feet in belly backbends, the back foot in standing postures, and the thoracic spine.  Also expect ardha chandrasana, vasisthasana, and paschimottanasana.
