This class is all about the health of the knee joint. We'll be targeting both extension as well as flexion - in order to build strength and resilience in this area. 

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
