Śrī

Śrī (she/her) is an RYT 500 yoga teacher with certifications in Hatha I&II, Yin, Restorative, Adaptive, Accessible, Therapeutic I&II and Pranayama.
Energized by the recognition of yoga by the medical community, she is an advocate for the intersectionality of the two disciplines. 
Śrī Integrates breathing practices, chanting, mantra, singing bowl, poetry, aromatherapy, and awareness of prana-vital energy into her classes and private sessions. 
She celebrates that ‘music is a doorway into the soul and a bridge to celebrating our interconnectedness’ and wishes to inspire others in all phases of life to connect through dance, yoga and chanting in studios, on dance floors, and in circles around the world. 
Śrī has a deep appreciation for the natural world and the healing attributes of plants.  She is also a beverage consultant creating and designing botanically forward drinks.
With gratitude for the teachers that have come before her, she is impassioned to support others in cultivating an evolving lifetime practice.
